How We Helped 3 Irish Brands Launch Podcasts That Grew Their Audience by 5×

We don't just produce podcasts. We build narrative systems that turn listeners into loyal communities. Here's the evidence — and the methodology behind it.

Greenline Logistics: From Zero Listeners to 14,000 Monthly Downloads in 16 Weeks

Greenline Logistics had a strong brand presence in Irish freight but zero podcast experience. Their marketing team wanted a thought-leadership channel that could reach decision-makers in supply chain management — without sounding like a corporate monologue.

We designed a conversational interview format, recruited three recurring guest hosts from the logistics sector, and built a 12-episode first season with a narrative arc that followed the future of sustainable shipping. Each episode was structured around a single tension point — a real industry problem — and the conversation unfolded from there.

"We expected maybe a few hundred listeners. By episode eight, we were getting inbound enquiries from people who heard us on the podcast. That had never happened with any other marketing channel."— Declan Farrell, Marketing Director, Greenline Logistics

Post-launch analytics showed a 14,200 monthly download average by week 16. The series was picked up by two industry newsletters and led directly to a partnership with a European freight conference.

Wellspring Health: Turning Patient Education into a Weekly Ritual

Wellspring Health operates four clinics across Munster. They came to us with a problem that wasn't about marketing — it was about patient compliance. Too many patients were forgetting aftercare instructions, missing follow-ups, and disengaging from long-term treatment plans.

We proposed something unusual: a patient-facing podcast that doubled as an aftercare companion. Short episodes — 8 to 12 minutes — covering recovery topics, mental health during rehabilitation, nutrition basics, and real patient stories (with consent). The tone was warm, unhurried, and never clinical.

Within three months, clinic staff reported that patients were referencing episodes during appointments. The podcast became an unofficial part of the care pathway. Wellspring's Net Promoter Score rose from 62 to 79 during the same period.

"It changed the relationship between our clinicians and patients. People felt heard before they even walked in the door."— Dr. Aoife Brennan, Clinical Lead, Wellspring Health

Our Production Methodology

We don't follow a template. But every project moves through a deliberate sequence of decisions that shape the final sound.

DiscoveryWe interview your team, audit your audience, and define the podcast's narrative position. No scripts yet — just deep listening.5–7 days2 calls + questionnaire

Launch & GrowthDistribution to all major platforms, show notes, audiogram creation, and a 90-day listener growth plan.OngoingLight collaboration
Editorial Note
Why we don't publish pricing on this page. Every podcast project has a different scope — a 6-episode narrative series for a health clinic is a fundamentally different undertaking than a weekly interview show for a tech company. We've found that publishing fixed packages leads to misaligned expectations. Instead, we scope every project individually after our Discovery phase, and we're transparent about costs from the first conversation. If budget clarity matters to you early on (it should), just ask — we'll give you a realistic range within 24 hours of our first call.

Case Study 03: Tidal Craft Brewery — Building a Community Around Sound

Tidal Craft came to us not for marketing, but for culture. They wanted a podcast that felt like sitting at their taproom bar — loose, funny, and unexpectedly deep. We built a format around "one beer, one story" — each episode featured a local maker, artist, or entrepreneur telling a single story over the course of one pint.

The show launched with no promotion budget. Word of mouth did the rest. By episode 15, Tidal was hosting live podcast recordings at their brewery with 120+ attendees per event. The podcast became their most effective community-building tool — outperforming their social media by a factor of 3:1 engagement ratio.

We continue to produce Tidal's show on a rolling basis. It's now in its second year and has become a reference point for other craft brands exploring audio content.

Choose Your Starting Point

Not sure what kind of podcast project you need? These three routes cover most of the conversations we have with new clients.

I Have an Idea but No Format

You know you want a podcast. You might even have a topic. But you haven't figured out the structure, the voice, or how it fits your brand. We start from Discovery and build everything.

I Have a Podcast That Needs Fixing

You've launched, but the sound quality is inconsistent, the audience isn't growing, or the format feels stale. We audit what exists and redesign from the inside out.

Audit & Rebuild

I Need Ongoing Production Support

Your podcast is running but your team is stretched. You need a reliable production partner for editing, mixing, show notes, and distribution — episode after episode.

What Changes After You Work With Us

Week 1 — Clarity Replaces Uncertainty

After our Discovery sessions, you'll have a documented podcast strategy: format, audience profile, episode cadence, and a realistic timeline. No more guessing.

Week 2–3 — Your Sound Identity Emerges

We produce a pilot episode and custom audio branding (intro, outro, transitions). You hear your podcast for the first time — and it sounds like it's been running for years.

"The pilot episode alone was worth the entire investment." — Declan Farrell, Greenline Logistics

Week 4–8 — Season One Takes Shape

Recording sessions flow smoothly. You focus on the conversation; we handle everything else. Episodes are edited, mixed, and delivered for your approval within days.

Week 8–12 — Launch and Early Growth

Your podcast goes live across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and all major platforms. We execute the launch plan, monitor analytics, and adjust promotion strategy in real time.

Month 3+ — Compounding Returns

Listener numbers grow. Inbound enquiries arrive. Your podcast becomes a durable asset — not a campaign with an expiry date. We're here for the long run if you need us.

From Our Desk
We've been producing podcasts from our studio in Roselynboro since before most agencies added "podcast" to their service pages. This isn't a side offering for us — it's the entire business. Every project gets the same team, the same attention, and the same obsessive focus on sound quality and narrative structure. If you're looking for a partner who treats your podcast like it matters, we should talk.
